ManageMy has announced a new integration with Snowflake designed to provide insurance carriers with direct access to operational data and reporting across policy, billing, claims and distribution workflows.
The integration connects ManageMy’s insurance platform with Snowflake’s AI Data Cloud infrastructure, enabling carriers to access near real-time reporting, self-service analytics and broader enterprise data connectivity without relying heavily on IT or vendor support.
According to the company, insurers have traditionally faced challenges accessing operational data due to fragmented systems and dependence on technical teams for reporting and analysis. The new integration is intended to simplify that process by allowing business users and data teams to work directly with operational datasets inside existing workflows.
ManageMy said the connected environment allows carriers to combine platform data with internal datasets to support machine learning and analytics initiatives. The integration also supports connections to business intelligence and visualization tools including Tableau, Looker, Power BI and Qlik.
The company highlighted several operational use cases, including embedded dashboards for policy, claims and performance tracking that update in near real-time, as well as self-service querying capabilities for analysts working directly within Snowflake environments.
The integration also includes governance and compliance features such as role-based access controls and infrastructure-level data masking designed to support secure access to policy and claims information.
ManageMy described the partnership as part of a broader effort to help carriers create a unified operational and data environment that supports decision-making, retention strategies and growth initiatives.
The announcement reflects a wider trend across the insurance industry, where carriers are increasingly investing in cloud-based data infrastructure and AI-ready analytics environments to improve operational visibility, accelerate reporting and support automation initiatives across underwriting, claims and distribution.
