Sixfold has announced that its underwriting AI platform is now available through Microsoft Marketplace, allowing insurers to access and deploy the company’s AI capabilities directly within their existing Microsoft Azure environments.
The integration is designed to streamline procurement and implementation for insurers adopting underwriting AI tools. By making the platform available through Microsoft Marketplace, carriers can align deployment with existing Azure commitments, cloud budgets and enterprise procurement processes.
Sixfold said the move reduces operational and approval barriers that traditionally accompany standalone software procurement and implementation projects. Insurers can now deploy the company’s underwriting AI capabilities through their established Microsoft infrastructure, helping shorten deployment timelines and accelerate time-to-value.
The platform supports underwriting workflows by providing AI-driven decision support while operating within enterprise governance, compliance and security frameworks required by regulated insurance organizations.
According to Sixfold, the Microsoft Marketplace integration is intended to support broader adoption of AI within underwriting operations by simplifying access to the technology inside insurers’ existing cloud ecosystems.
Microsoft said the marketplace is designed to connect enterprise customers with cloud solutions, AI applications and industry-specific technologies that integrate with Microsoft products and services.
The announcement reflects a growing trend across the insurance sector, where insurtech providers are increasingly partnering with major cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS and Google Cloud to accelerate enterprise adoption of AI-enabled underwriting and claims solutions.
