Exzeo has introduced WindForm Pro, a new AI-driven solution designed to help Florida insurers comply with updated wind mitigation inspection requirements issued by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR).
The product became available to Florida carriers on May 5 and is intended to automate the processing of wind mitigation inspection forms, which insurers use to assess property resilience and determine eligibility for premium discounts.
WindForm Pro uses internally developed AI tools to extract and structure information from both scanned and digitally completed PDF forms submitted by inspectors and agents. The platform then converts the extracted data into formats aligned with OIR reporting requirements.
According to Exzeo, recent regulatory updates have increased documentation and data collection obligations for insurers, creating operational strain for carriers still relying on manual processing and disconnected systems.
The company said the platform is designed to reduce administrative workload, improve data consistency and support faster compliance reporting by digitizing and standardizing wind mitigation workflows.
WindForm Pro forms part of Exzeo’s broader Insurance-as-a-Service platform for property and casualty insurers, which includes systems for underwriting, policy administration, claims handling, analytics and financial reporting.
The launch reflects growing insurer demand for AI-enabled automation tools that can help manage regulatory compliance, streamline document-heavy workflows and improve operational efficiency in catastrophe-exposed markets such as Florida.
