DICEUS has partnered with Kruzr to connect the latter’s smartphone telematics and driver-safety capabilities with the DICEUS insurance platform, helping insurers turn real-world driving behaviour into action.
Connected and usage-based insurance continue to reshape motor insurance. However, many carriers still rely on separate systems to collect telematics data, make underwriting decisions, and engage customers. DICEUS and Kruzr are partnering to bring those capabilities into one connected environment.
Through the partnership, DICEUS can extend its Policy Administration System, Underwriting Workbench, and Insurance Super App with Kruzr’s smartphone-based telematics. Driving-behaviour scores, trip data, and risk indicators can flow into pricing, renewal, retention, and customer-facing workflows.
Kruzr’s white-label module integrates into an insurer’s existing mobile app, detects driving behaviour automatically, and supports driver coaching, safety streaks, rewards, and renewal-linked benefits. As a result, insurers can move from simply collecting driving data to using it across the policy lifecycle.
DICEUS provides insurance platforms spanning policy administration, underwriting, claims, billing, analytics, and digital customer engagement. The tie-up adds continuously updated risk data to that mix, allowing driving behaviour to inform pricing and underwriting decisions, as well as coaching, targeted renewal offers, and personalised engagement journeys.
Illia Pinchuk, chief executive officer of DICEUS, said the partnership advanced the firm’s platform ambitions.
“Our goal is to make the DICEUS insurance platform the place where customer engagement, telematics, and underwriting come together. The partnership with Kruzr is another step toward closing the engagement gap, right inside our platform,” said Pinchuk.
Pallav Singh, chief executive officer of Kruzr, said the integration went beyond data.
“Plugging Kruzr’s telematics directly into the DICEUS platform means insurers don’t just get driving data. They get a system that can turn it into engagement workflows, pricing decisions, renewal offers, and real customer relationships,” said Singh.
