WisePal, a financial wellness startup, has launched its own in-house independent insurance agency, leveraging Bindable’s Insurance-as-a-Service platform to offer property and casualty (P&C) insurance directly to its customers.

Using Bindable’s virtual agency infrastructure, WisePal has integrated white-label embedded insurance into its platform, allowing users to shop for and compare P&C insurance products seamlessly within the WisePal app.  The expansion aligns with the company’s mission to help families manage recurring expenses while maintaining strong customer relationships.

The new insurance offering enables WisePal to enhance its financial services portfolio without disrupting its core business model. By partnering with Bindable, WisePal gains access to scalable insurance distribution technology, ensuring a streamlined experience for customers looking to optimise both financial planning and insurance coverage.

Bindable’s virtual agency solution has enabled WisePal to enter the insurance market swiftly, bypassing the typical challenges of launching an in-house agency, such as high upfront technology costs and the complex process of securing carrier appointments. 

By leveraging Policy Crusher®, Bindable’s advanced CRM, comparative rater, and cross-sell engine, WisePal’s P&C licensed agents gain seamless access to Bindable’s extensive carrier network, enabling them to offer a curated insurance marketplace tailored to their customers’ needs. This initiative not only enhances WisePal’s service offerings but also establishes a diversified, recurring revenue stream, driving customer acquisition, retention, and long-term competitive advantage.
