The EY organization has announced an alliance between INSTANDA, one of the leading AI-augmented no-code insurance platforms, and Ernst & Young LLP (EY UK) to help insurers execute transformation at scale, unlock the potential of AI, and support their people to provide greater value across the business.

The EY-INSTANDA Alliance combines EY UK’s insurance consulting, implementation, and transformation capabilities with INSTANDA’s intelligent product design, policy lifecycle management, open API integration, and highly configurable platform. Together, the organisations aim to help insurers reduce architectural complexity, modernise core operations, and create the foundations required for long-term agility and sustained technology adoption.
The alliance supports insurers as they move from AI experimentation to enterprise adoption, where increasing focus is placed on the technology architecture, operating models, and governance required to achieve successful implementation. It helps clients define transformation roadmaps, modernise operating models, implement and integrate technology platforms, manage change programmes, and improve the value of digital investments across the insurance value chain.
Christopher Payne, EY-INSTANDA Alliance leader at EY UK, said insurers were navigating a period of significant change.
“Insurance organizations are navigating a period of significant change, balancing the need to modernize operations, improve agility and respond to rapidly evolving market demands,” said Payne. “By bringing together EY UK’s transformation experience and insurance industry knowledge with INSTANDA’s purpose-built intelligent, no-code platform, we can help clients reimagine how they design, deploy and scale insurance solutions, turning strategic ambition into tangible business outcomes.”
Tim Hardcastle, chief executive officer and co-founder of INSTANDA, said the industry was entering a new phase.
“The insurance industry is rapidly entering a new phase, where the ability to adapt quickly will increasingly define competitive advantage. Insurers understand the opportunity presented by AI, but too many remain constrained by technology architectures that were never designed for the pace of innovation required today,” said Hardcastle. “Our Alliance with EY UK is about giving insurers control over how they innovate, how they evolve their operations and how they prepare for the future. It’s about supporting organizations to become more agile, more resilient and better equipped to capitalize on whatever comes next, with the freedom and agency to evolve at the pace customers and markets demand.”
