The CareVoice Launches Next-Generation CareVoiceOS Platform for Embedded Health Solutions
The CareVoice has announced the launch of its next-generation CareVoiceOS platform, a key development following the company's Series B funding round last year.

The platform is designed to simplify the launch and scaling of embedded health solutions for insurers, promising significant business impact.

The CareVoiceOS product suite includes three core components:

  • CareVoiceOS Platform: The platform streamlines the design and deployment of embedded health solutions for health and life insurers, with deployment times as short as two weeks.
  • CareVoiceOS Front End: Mobile SDKs allow integration with existing or new apps, supporting an embedded strategy. CareVoice also offers a white-labeled Super App for customers.
  • CareVoiceOS Journey Library: The library provides a growing collection of pre-built health journeys, continuously updated with the latest AI technologies, offering flexibility for customising customer experiences.

Speaking to Insurtech Insights about the launch, Sebastien Gaudin, CEO and Co-founder of The CareVoice, said: “Insurers are at a turning point.
