Marsh has announced the appointment of Lorraine Stack as the new risk management leader for Europe.

In her new role, Stack will oversee the risk and insurance programs of Marsh’s largest European clients, providing comprehensive support in managing their risk portfolios. Based in Dublin, Stack will report to Christos Adamantiadis, CEO, and Carolina Klint, chief commercial officer for Marsh McLennan Europe.

Additionally, Rob Geraghty has succeeded Stack as the international consulting and sales leader for Marsh Captive Solutions, while Nick Gale has been promoted to Dublin and Isle of Man captives operations leader. Geraghty, based in London, and Gale, based in the Isle of Man, will both report to Will Thomas-Ferrand, the international captive practice leader at Marsh.

Thomas-Ferrand also said: “The growing popularity of captive insurance solutions globally is continuing amid challenging insurance market conditions, which is contributing to innovation in captive structures, servicing, regulation, and greater adoption in numerous countries.

He added: “Rob and Nick’s knowledge of the international captive insurance sector will be invaluable as Marsh Captive Solutions continues to develop new solutions that support our clients in managing their rapidly evolving risks.”
