The achievement comes on the heels of a strategic partnership with Hiscox USA, a move that has bolstered First Connect’s offerings substantially.

Hiscox USA, recognised for its swift provision of coverage to small businesses generating US$5 million or less in annual revenue, has empowered agents on the platform to swiftly bind coverage for a range of crucial aspects including General Liability, Personal Liability, Business Owner’s Policy, and Cyber Security coverage.

Moreover, the introduction of the new Appetite Finder feature by First Connect has been welcomed by agents, simplifying the process of aligning clients’ coverage needs with carrier preferences. This innovation underscores First Connect’s commitment to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of insurance services for both agents and clients alike.
