Hannover Re US, has announced a strategic collaboration with GalenusRx, Inc. The partnership aims to deliver advanced technology and services to Hannover Re’s healthcare clients, facilitated through their network of brokers and consultants.
The agreement will see Hannover Re US offering its healthcare division clients access to GalenusRx’s innovative solutions, designed to ensure safe and appropriate medication regimens. The initiative aims to mitigate the risks associated with preventable adverse drug events (ADEs), a significant cause of morbidity and mortality in the United States and globally.
GalenusRx is recognided for its medication safety technology, which empowers both patients and healthcare providers with crucial knowledge to prevent adverse drug events and enhance overall health outcomes.
Central to their offering is the proprietary platform, APPRAISE, which conducts comprehensive analyses of drug interactions, including drug-drug, multi-drug, drug-gene, and drug-disease interactions. This risk assessment process is personalized down to the individual’s DNA, enabling precise identification of potential risks.
Furthermore, GalenusRx’s technology and consulting service, Lifesaving Insights, provide valuable insights into how patients respond to medication. Through the expertise of Precision Clinical Pharmacists, personalized assessments and recommendations are delivered, ensuring tailored and effective medication management strategies.
