Richardson, who currently serves as VP, EMEA & APAC, will now also lead regional sales and account management efforts as part of a strategic organizational restructure.
The move underscores Equisoft’s commitment to accelerating its presence in the UK and European markets, leveraging the growing success of solutions like Pension Fusion, which already boasts over 40 committed clients. In total, Equisoft serves more than 150 clients across the UK and aims to build on this momentum by broadening its footprint in the region.

Richardson, who joined Equisoft in 2014, brings over 20 years of experience in IT and operational delivery within the insurance and wealth sectors. Based in Equisoft’s Bath office, he will work closely with the local team to oversee sales and service delivery across core European markets.
