Duck Creek Technologies has announced it's latest collaboration with CAMCOM, an AI-powered platform specialising in visual inspections across various industries.

The partnership marks a significant step forward for Duck Creek Claims, as it aims to revolutionize and streamline the vehicle inspection process in the Asia-Pacific region.

The CAMCOM and Duck Creek collaboration will work towards transforming visual inspection and insurance claims management. CAMCOM’s cutting-edge AI technology will reportedly be deployed to identify and assess damages on different vehicle components for Duck Creek Claims customers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. The integration of CAMCOM’s AI Damage Assessment and Cost Estimation will play a pivotal role in recognising motor vehicles, determining their make and model, scrutinising individual visible parts, and providing accurate damage evaluations.

It is hoped the partnership will provide preliminary recommendations for the most appropriate course of action on claims, whether customers require repairs or replacements, accompanied by detailed cost estimations in a more efficient and practical approach to vehicle inspection within the insurance claims ecosystem, setting a new standard for claims management in the Asia-Pacific Insurance Landscape.

“Duck Creek is committed to ensuring our technology platform provides an exceptional customer experience and simplifies insurance for all,” said Sudeep Chatterjee, Country Commercial Director, India, Duck Creek Technologies.

“I am excited that our strategic partnership with CAMCOM is geared towards enabling modern, efficient, and dependable technology solutions where customers can feel secure with a seamless claims experience.”

Mahesh Subramanian, Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of CAMCOM added: “We are delighted that our strategic partnership with Duck Creek Technologies will allow our AI-powered solutions to create a paradigm shift in digital-based claim services. The partnership will help reinforce Duck Creek’s commitment to its customer-first approach by enhancing the digital experiences for claim settlements and provides a high value to the customers through complete transparency.”
