Brown & Brown Ltd, part of Brown & Brown, Inc., has announced an agreement to acquire Pardus Underwriting Limited, a Managing General Agent (MGA) specialising in Property Owners and Commercial Combined products.

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has announced the acquisition of Strategic Services Group, Inc., an employee benefits consulting firm based in Rochester Hills, Michigan. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
