INSTANDA has entered a strategic partnership with insurance payments provider Diesta to help insurers, managing general agents (MGAs) and brokers simplify premium processing and strengthen finance operations.

The collaboration combines INSTANDA’s AI-augmented no-code policy administration platform with Diesta’s insurance-specific payments infrastructure, enabling insurers to manage premium collection, reconciliation and financial reporting through an integrated workflow.
According to the companies, the partnership is already live across multiple clients and regions, with millions of dollars in policy value flowing through the API-connected platform.
Diesta’s technology connects banks, policy administration systems and third-party data sources into a single operating layer for receivables, accounting and payables. The companies said the integration is designed to improve finance team efficiency, reduce unallocated cash, shorten payment cycles and strengthen control over premium reconciliation and settlement.
The partnership aims to help insurers accelerate product launches while ensuring the financial infrastructure supporting those products can scale alongside them.
Derek Hill, Co-Founder and Group Chief Revenue Officer at INSTANDA, said policy administration is only one part of an insurer’s operational workflow.
“Insurance organisations are under increasing pressure to launch products faster, operate more efficiently and maintain control as they scale. Policy administration is a critical part of that journey, but it does not sit in isolation. The movement, reconciliation and reporting of premium is equally important to how insurance businesses perform.”
Hill said adding Diesta’s capabilities expands INSTANDA’s ecosystem by linking front-office insurance operations with back-office finance functions.
“Together, we are giving insurers, MGAs and brokers a practical way to simplify operational complexity while maintaining the flexibility and speed they need to grow.”
Julian Schoemig, Co-Founder and CEO of Diesta, said the partnership advances the company’s goal of modernising insurance payments.
“Having Diesta’s advanced payments and finance operations capabilities embedded into INSTANDA’s offering is a major step towards our mission of enabling real-time payments across the insurance industry.”
He added that the integration would help insurers, brokers and MGAs reduce operational risk, accelerate payment cycles and modernise insurance finance operations.
The partnership forms part of INSTANDA’s broader strategy to expand its ecosystem of specialist technology providers, enabling insurers to modernise policy administration and supporting functions without increasing operational complexity. The company supports insurance organisations across EMEA, North America and Asia-Pacific, with clients operating in more than 150 countries.
