Geary will assume the role on June 30, 2025, and will report directly to Susan Rivera, CEO of TMHCC. She will be based in New York City.
In her new position, Geary will be responsible for overseeing the strategic growth, performance, and leadership of TMHCC’s North America P&C business units, reflecting the company’s continued expansion and investment in its leadership structure.
Geary brings over 20 years of underwriting and executive experience, most recently serving as President of Insurance Solutions at Liberty Mutual, where she built and led a team focused on addressing emerging risk areas such as cyber, energy transition, and alternative risk solutions. Earlier in her career, she held multiple senior roles at TransRe, including Global Head of Cyber, Chief Underwriting Officer, North America, and President, Global Portfolio Management.

The appointment follows a string of recent leadership moves at TMHCC, including the promotion of Barry Cook to Deputy CEO in April 2025, as the company strengthens its executive team to support long-term growth.
