The partnership aims to expand access to life insurance for mass middle-market consumers in the United States through an AI-powered digital experience.
Under the new agreement, Simplified Solutions will use Neutrinos’ AI-driven automation platform to create a seamless, end-to-end customer journey for life insurance products offered via a growing network of embedded distribution partners. This initiative is part of Prudential’s broader effort to modernize how life insurance is delivered and meet the needs of underserved demographics.
“We’re honored to support PFI Simplified Solutions in transforming and expanding how insurance offerings are distributed,” said Ramya Babu, co-founder and president of U.S. Business at Neutrinos. “Our AI-powered platform enables touchless operations and intelligent servicing at scale, helping Prudential serve new customer segments with unmatched speed, efficiency, and personalization.”
The technology integration is a strategic move aligned with Simplified Solutions’ phased startup approach, allowing it to deliver quicker, more accessible insurance solutions in environments where consumers already engage. The goal is to close the life insurance gap—currently affecting 102 million U.S. adults who report insufficient coverage, according to the Insurance Barometer Study by LIMRA and Life Happens.
By embedding insurance offerings into everyday digital experiences, the collaboration between Neutrinos and Simplified Solutions is poised to transform how and where Americans access life insurance. The approach focuses on affordability, simplicity, and digital convenience.
“At its core, this venture is about meeting customers where they are and providing opportunities to get insured in digital environments they already trust and use,” added Babu.
The partnership marks a significant step in Prudential’s mission to modernize life insurance distribution and address the unmet needs of millions of Americans through innovative, tech-enabled solutions.
