Under the agreement, Mazda customers will have access to a comprehensive range of roadside assistance services, including on-site repairs, towing, and alternative transportation options.
Looking ahead, both companies plan to integrate digital assistance features into the MyMazda app, providing customers with a seamless and convenient support experience.
The partnership reinforces Allianz Partners’ position as a leading provider of roadside assistance solutions and highlights Mazda’s commitment to customer satisfaction.
Vice President of Sales and Customer Service at Mazda Motor Europe, Wojciech Halarewicz, commented, saying: “At Mazda our focus is always on providing a premium customer experience throughout the entire ownership period. Halarewicz added: “Through our partnership with Allianz Partners we will be ensuring that our customers have a harmonised and seamless Roadside Assistance experience.”
