At Zurich, he oversaw a team of 8,500 employees across 200 territories and managed 7.5 million claims annually. He was instrumental in driving innovation at the global insurer, championing the use of artificial intelligence, digitalization, and data innovation to enhance customer propositions and streamline claims processes.
In his new advisory role, Thompson will help Sprout.ai advance its mission of transforming the insurance industry through cutting-edge claims automation technology. His expertise in claims management, customer experience, and strategic innovation will be crucial as Sprout.ai looks to refine its product development and expand its presence in the market.
