Transamerica is partnering with Swiss Re to modernize its life insurance claims process through the deployment of the reinsurer’s PromiseXP platform.

The initiative is designed to streamline claims submission, enhance communication, and reduce reliance on manual processes, with an initial rollout planned by the end of 2026. The collaboration aims to equip claims professionals with more effective tools while also making the experience more transparent and accessible for beneficiaries during challenging times.
By leveraging PromiseXP, Transamerica is focusing on simplifying the overall claims journey, improving operational efficiency, and strengthening customer engagement at a critical point in the policy lifecycle.
