RSA Becomes First UK Insurer to Adopt Guidewire’s Cloud Solutions
RSA has launched an enhanced brokers and customer claims portal and has become the first UK insurer to adopt Guidewire’s Cloud Solutions.

According to RSA, the portal leverages the latest technology, making the process easier and faster, saving brokers and customers time and effort. Commercial property is active on the service, allowing brokers to make and track claims online in real-time.

Additional lines of business will be added continuously through the remainder of the year and early into 2025. RSA has listed many benefits of employing the technology.

These have included: Streamlined First Notification of Loss process, Live Chat Support, Analytics Triage Tools, Smoother Settlements, and Automated Communication.
