Polly will spearhead the company’s revenue strategies, working closely with Resilience’s executive and senior leadership teams to align and scale its revenue-generating operations. His appointment comes as the company continues to meet increasing demand for its advanced cyber risk management solutions.
Polly, who brings over two decades of sales leadership experience, previously served as Vice President of Sales at CrowdStrike, where he played a pivotal role in expanding the adoption of the CrowdStrike Falcon platform and building an extensive network of enterprise partnerships. In his new role at Resilience, Polly will focus on accelerating current and future revenue streams.

Polly’s appointment adds to a series of strategic leadership hires at Resilience, including the addition of Rebecca Jones as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Jeremy Gittler as Global Head of Claims, and the promotion of Killian Brady to Chief Underwriting Officer. These moves follow a period of sustained growth and the company’s industry-leading loss ratio, reflecting its success in reducing material losses from cyber incidents.
