Travelers has launched Travis Upload & Go, an AI-powered quoting tool for small business workers compensation insurance. The tool sits within Travis, the insurer's digital platform for agents, and was announced on 28 October 2026.
Independent agents can start a quote by uploading documents such as ACORD applications, standard industry forms, and handwritten notes. Travis Upload & Go then extracts the information, prefills account and policy fields, and runs eligibility checks.
According to Travelers, the tool generates a bindable small business workers compensation quote in half the time.
The launch follows a Travelers survey of more than 150 small business agents, carried out in August 2026. In the survey, 77% of agents said manual data entry is one of the most time-consuming and least valuable parts of their job. In addition, 54% said they spend at least a quarter of their workday on it.
"We know speed matters when agents are quoting," said Erin Rodliff, President of Small Commercial at Travelers. "Travis Upload & Go removes cumbersome data entry from their workflow so they can reinvest that time in the customer relationships that grow their business."
