EigenRisk, a provider of catastrophe risk management solutions, has announced a new agreement with GeoX, an AI-powered property intelligence company.

GeoX's comprehensive property intelligence dataset integrates directly into the EigenPrism catastrophe risk management platform, giving (re)insurers, MGAs, brokers, and risk managers access to granular, AI-derived property attributes across more than 186 million US commercial and residential properties.
In today's catastrophe-exposed market, the quality of property data at submission directly determines the quality of underwriting outcomes. Gaps in that data translate into mispriced risk, adverse selection, and avoidable losses.
Bringing GeoX data into EigenPrism gives users instant access to data on millions of properties, enabling immediate understanding of building attributes and risk against their own book of business. With 100% national US coverage including rural areas, 12-month data recency, and a sub-second API response time, GeoX is designed to deliver the clarity insurers and reinsurers need to underwrite confidently, process claims efficiently, and evaluate risk at scale.
Deepak Badoni, president and co-founder of EigenRisk, said the integration deepened the platform's data ecosystem.
"GeoX further deepens the data ecosystem we're building in EigenPrism," said Badoni. "Underwriters, brokers, and analysts can now augment their exposure data with AI-derived building attributes and access actionable analytics for their book of business, all in one platform."
Jacob Grob, executive vice president of US markets at GeoX AI, said the partnership gave underwriters a clearer view of their exposures.
"Bringing GeoX's property data into EigenRisk gives underwriters and reinsurers a much clearer, parcel-level view of what they're actually insuring," said Grob. "By pairing EigenRisk's platform with our imagery analytics across 186 million US properties, we're making it easy for teams to evaluate portfolio risk in seconds without getting bogged down by manual checks."
The integration is available now to all EigenPrism users. EigenRisk continues to expand its data partnership ecosystem, with more than 40 data providers on its platform, combining catastrophe analytics, hazard intelligence, and property attributes to deliver a more comprehensive view of risk.
