Nationwide Partners with Kadance to Offer Genomics-Based Precision Health to Life Insurance Customers
Nationwide is partnering with Kadance to provide life insurance customers access to Kadance’s Precision Health Management Program - a membership offering that delivers proactive, personalized genomics-based health insights.

Through this program, eligible Nationwide members who have purchased a life insurance policy via a LIBRA Insurance Partners brokerage general agency can now access advanced DNA-based testing, precision medicine, and expert clinical support.

The Kadance program offers a range of tailored health services designed to empower members throughout their health journeys. Key features include proactive health management through day-one DNA-based assessments: the Kadance Pharmacogenomic Test, which is paired with clinical pharmacist consultations to identify the most effective medications, and the Kadance Hereditary Cancer Risk Test, which includes genetic counseling to help develop personalized risk-reduction strategies. For members diagnosed with cancer, the program provides Precision Cancer Care Management, including one-on-one oncology nurse navigation, expert case reviews, molecular cancer profiling, and clinical trial matching. Post-treatment, members also receive support through the Survivorship and Recovery component, which includes ongoing oncology nurse navigation, DNA-based recurrence monitoring, and additional resources to aid life beyond cancer treatment.
