Marble, the digital wallet for insurance, has expanded its offerings with the launch of a commercial insurance marketplace tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The move boosts Marble’s position as a comprehensive insurance platform catering to its members’ diverse needs.
With a focus on simplifying insurance shopping and administration, Marble now enables its members to effortlessly organise, compare, and secure both personal and commercial insurance policies through its app.
The introduction of the commercial insurance marketplace is supported by partnerships with industry-leading providers Herald and Envoy Insure. Marble users can now receive commercial insurance quotes through Envoy Insure’s quoting platform, leveraging data securely integrated between Envoy Insure and carriers via Herald’s APIs.
Marble identified the necessity to expand its services to accommodate small and medium-sized business proprietors, noting that almost 20% of its user base falls within this demographic. The introduction of the commercial insurance marketplace addresses this need, providing a diverse array of insurance offerings designed to safeguard businesses against a multitude of risks.
The integration also enables Marble members’ access to digital, bindable quotes from renowned commercial insurance companies. Initially, this includes prominent carriers such as Coterie Insurance and Cowbell, with plans for additional carriers to join in the near future.
