Kota and Vitality Forge Partnership to Enhance UK Employee Benefits
Kota, a comprehensive platform specialising in automating insurance and retirement benefits for modern teams, has announced a strategic collaboration with Vitality, a leading health insurer.

The partnership marks Kota’s expansion into the UK market, complementing its existing presence in central European regions.

The collaboration also enables companies in the UK to seamlessly manage their employees’ health insurance schemes through Kota’s platform, integrating Vitality’s offerings into its system. This empowers HR and Finance teams to efficiently oversee group medical schemes alongside other benefits across multiple countries.

According to reports, the move strengthens Kota’s position as a holistic solution provider for companies operating in the UK and Ireland, offering a consolidated platform for managing diverse benefits. Kota’s recent recognition in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list underscores its innovative approach to simplifying benefit administration for distributed teams.

Kota’s platform, known for its integration capabilities with HR systems, facilitates the flow of employee data, reducing administrative complexities for businesses. Through the Kota app, employees gain convenient access to their Vitality health insurance plan alongside other benefits, enhancing user experience and engagement.

Vitality’s health insurance also provides prompt healthcare access but also equips businesses with tools to promote employee wellbeing and productivity. By incentivising positive behaviour change through programs like the Vitality Programme, businesses can foster healthier and more productive work environments.

Speaking about the partnership announcement, Luke Mackey, Co-Founder and CEO of Kota, said: “We are delighted to announce the extension of our offering with Vitality as part of our further expansion into the UK and European market. For too long HR Managers and employees have had to deal with frustrating and cumbersome processes to enable easy access to core benefits. We have been working closely with Vitality to deliver a powerful employer and employee experience that changes the game for benefits management. Kota is the first to market with its one-stop hub, which empowers remote and distributed companies to control their benefits and protect their teams in one place.”

Liam Kennedy, Director of Key Accounts at Vitality, also commented, saying: “We’re pleased to be partnering with Kota, making it easier for businesses who have the platform to access and update their Vitality health insurance.”

He added: “Through our insurance, organisations can have access to a wide range of health and wellbeing support to enable them to prioritise and positively impact employee health and the productivity of their workforce, alongside providing access to healthcare when they need it.”
