Insurity, a provider of cloud-based software for insurance carriers, brokers, and managing general agents (MGAs), is expanding its partnership with ReSource Pro, an insurance-focused services and technology company specialising in operational support, technology services, and implementation.
The expanded relationship combines Insurity’s cloud-based insurance software with ReSource Pro’s expertise in insurance operations, technology, managed services, and process improvement. The companies are targeting carriers, MGAs, and brokers looking to connect technology modernisation with wider changes to their operations and workflows. The partnership builds on an existing relationship between the two organisations and extends their collaboration across a broader range of Insurity products.
ReSource Pro will provide operational and technology expertise alongside Insurity’s software platforms, with the companies aiming to support implementation programmes and help insurance organisations establish more scalable operating models. ReSource Pro has more than 20 years of experience working in the insurance sector, with capabilities including policy servicing, underwriting support, managed services, and AI-enabled automation.
Through the expanded collaboration, the two companies intend to support customers not only with core system modernisation, but also with the processes and operational changes required to make new technology effective in day-to-day use. They are positioning the partnership as an approach that goes beyond replacing legacy systems, combining technology implementation with operational readiness, process improvement, and ongoing support.
Jeff Weiner, assistant vice president of system integrator alliance partnerships at Insurity, said the expanded relationship would help insurers move from strategy to execution.
“As our work with ReSource Pro continues to expand, we see an opportunity to help customers connect technology modernisation with the operational changes that make transformation successful,” said Weiner. “ReSource Pro brings deep insurance knowledge and practical delivery capabilities that complement Insurity’s core platforms. This expanded relationship will help insurers move from strategy to execution with greater confidence and realise more value from their investments.”
The expanded partnership provides a combined offering spanning technology, implementation, and operational support. Insurity brings its cloud-based insurance platforms, while ReSource Pro contributes insurance operations expertise, technology services, managed support, and AI-enabled capabilities. The companies expect this combination to help customers address implementation complexity and support operational performance after technology deployments.
Paul Naquin, president of technology services at ReSource Pro, said the expansion extended the firm’s expertise to a broader set of priorities.
“Expanding our relationship with Insurity allows us to bring our insurance operations and technology expertise to a broader set of transformation priorities and Insurity products,” said Naquin. “Together, we can help carriers, MGAs, and brokers improve implementation outcomes, reduce complexity, drive increased automations, and build the operational foundation needed for sustainable growth.”
