InsureMO has added Upsure (Jiva Business Ventures Pvt. Ltd.) to its partner ecosystem, bringing a full core insurance suite into its API, data, and AI-driven platform as insurers accelerate digital transformation across emerging markets.
The integration introduces Upsure’s modular capabilities spanning policy administration, underwriting, claims, distribution, and policyholder servicing—into InsureMO’s broader platform. The combined offering is designed to simplify vendor selection and reduce integration complexity for carriers modernising operations in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Insurers in these regions are facing increasing pressure to launch products faster, expand digital and bancassurance distribution, and embed AI into underwriting and claims processes. However, fragmented vendor ecosystems and constrained budgets have often slowed transformation efforts.
By combining InsureMO’s connectivity, AI, and product configuration layer with Upsure’s configurable core suite, carriers can move from vendor selection to deployment through a more unified and coordinated approach.

The move highlights the growing demand for integrated, ecosystem-based platforms that enable insurers to modernise faster while reducing operational complexity and time to market.
