Hub International Acquires Yavitz Insurance Group
Hub International has announced the acquisition of Yavitz Insurance Group, a St. Louis-based insurance agency specialising in commercial and personal coverage.

The move strengthens Hub’s presence in the Kansas and Missouri region while integrating a firm with more than a century of industry experience.

Founded in 1921, Yavitz Insurance Group has been a trusted name in the local insurance market for over 100 years. Under the new structure, the agency will continue to operate as Yavitz Insurance Group, a Hub International company, with Ken Yavitz and his team joining Hub Kansas and Missouri.

While the financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, the acquisition aligns with Hub’s ongoing expansion strategy, reinforcing its capabilities in key regional markets.
