Howden has launched a dedicated US cyber practice, strengthening its specialist capabilities as demand for cyber risk solutions continues to grow among corporate clients.
The new practice brings together a senior leadership team including Juliet White as Head of Cyber, Lou Botticell as Cyber Brokerage Leader, Jessica Daehler as Cyber Growth and Strategy Leader, Suzane Gladle as Cyber Client Engagement and Service Leader, David Hau as Cyber Private Equity and M&A Solutions Leader, and Natalia Santiago as Head of Cyber Claims.

Howden said the team combines underwriting and broking expertise, enabling the firm to provide strategic advisory, insurance placement, client servicing, product development, claims support and cyber risk consultancy within its US business.
The launch expands Howden’s global cyber proposition and increases its network of cyber specialists to more than 150 professionals across five continents.
The move reflects ongoing investment in cyber talent and infrastructure as organisations face an evolving threat environment characterised by high severity ransomware attacks and growing regulatory and operational pressures.
Howden said the US practice will play a central role in supporting clients with increasingly complex cyber risk exposures while strengthening its competitive position in one of the world’s largest cyber insurance markets.
The development also underscores the broader industry trend of insurers and brokers scaling cyber capabilities as the line matures and demand for specialised expertise intensifies.
