The acquisition is intended to bolster Howden’s regional presence in Western Australia, complementing the existing client base of Unicorn Risk Solutions, which has recently rebranded as Howden.
Major Insurance Services, established in 2015, serves a diverse client base of private SMEs and mid-corporate businesses. Howden plans to integrate Major Insurance into its Western Australian broking operations, enhancing its ability to serve corporate and SME clients throughout the region.
