This strategic move enables Heritage to adapt to evolving market dynamics while delivering added value to its network of agents and policyholders. The decision to implement this solution was initially announced in October 2022.

Heritage seamlessly rolled out ClaimCenter on Guidewire Cloud across all personal lines of business in the 16 states where it operates. Additionally, the company introduced the Guidewire VendorEngage digital application to empower its vendors with digital capabilities. The implementation project was led by PwC, a Global Premier member of Guidewire PartnerConnect Consulting.

Currently, Heritage is in the process of extending the ClaimCenter implementation to its commercial lines of business in the states where it conducts operations. Following the successful completion of the ClaimCenter deployment, the company plans to implement Guidewire PolicyCenter and Guidewire BillingCenter. This phased approach will ultimately position Heritage as a fully operational Guidewire InsuranceSuite on Guidewire Cloud customer.
