Cyber insurtech Coalition has revealed new integrations between its cyber risk management platform, Coalition Control, and leading cloud services providers Microsoft 365, Google Workspace®, and Amazon Web Services.

Cyber insurtech Coalition has revealed new integrations between its cyber risk management platform, Coalition Control, and leading cloud services providers Microsoft 365, Google Workspace®, and Amazon Web Services.

The development equips Coalition policyholders and Control customers with enhanced capabilities to proactively manage and enhance their cybersecurity defenses.

By linking Control to various cloud providers, businesses gain a comprehensive understanding of both their internal risk posture and external attack surface. Theintegrations facilitate the ingestion of additional data into Control, empowering businesses to more effectively identify and address digital risks within cloud applications and services, such as unauthorised access and misconfigurations.

Notably, the integration also enables businesses to assess the implementation of security measures like multi-factor authentication (MFA), a critical defense mechanism highlighted by Coalition for its efficacy in mitigating cyber threats.

“Coalition Control can provide a more holistic view into a company’s cybersecurity risk posture, now including internal risks —something that is often a black box for so many,” said John Roberts, General Manager, Security, at Coalition. “With these new integrations, we’re helping to remove some of the guesswork for businesses around the security controls of their cloud services. This is a pivotal moment for businesses that use Control, as we increase visibility into their overall risk posture and simplify some of the more complicated aspects of cyber risk management.”
