Clear Group has expanded its presence in Scotland following the acquisition of Spence Insurance, as it continues to grow its regional brokerage platform.
The deal brings the Bathgate-based commercial insurance specialist into Clear Group’s network, strengthening its capabilities in the Scottish market while maintaining Spence Insurance’s local presence and client relationships.
Founded in 2015, Spence Insurance has built a strong reputation in commercial lines and will continue operating from its existing office, ensuring continuity for clients while benefiting from enhanced scale, resources, and broader market access.
