The Metairie, Louisiana-based Forest Insurance Facilities operates as a commercial lines wholesale insurance broker and managing general agency (MGA), catering to clients across Louisiana. The terms of the acquisition deal were not disclosed.

Under the leadership of Laura Allen, head of RPS’s Southeast region binding operations, Wayne Forest Jr., Matt Forest, and their team will continue to operate from their current location. This acquisition marks a strategic move by Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. to expand its presence and enhance its service offerings in the insurance market.
