Through the collaboration, employers will gain access to Joshin’s resources for neurodivergent employees, while leveraging Aon’s analytics to measure the impact of these initiatives. The partnership will also include roundtable discussions focused on advancing neurodiversity in the workplace.
Founded in 2018, Joshin provides personalized support solutions for individuals with disabilities and neurodivergent conditions, addressing gaps in accessibility at home, work, and school.
Rebecca Warnken, senior vice president and inclusive benefits leader at Aon said: “Inclusion and diversity are a priority for our firm. One in 4 people have a disability, 1 in 6 are neurodivergent, and 1 in 6 families have a child with complex health needs – yet few employees are comfortable disclosing a condition to their employer.”
She added: “ Employers are recognizing that traditional benefit offerings and workplace policies need to be more inclusive of neurocognitive differences and abilities, and employers that have taken action are reporting improvements in productivity, engagement, and business performance.”
