Input 1 has completed the integration of its billing and digital payment infrastructure into the Diamond System from Insuresoft, supporting VGM Insurance Services as it modernizes its policy administration environment.
The deployment was carried out as VGM migrated to the Diamond System platform to improve user experience and support long-term growth initiatives. Maintaining continuity across inbound premium payment operations was identified as a key objective during the transition.
Input 1 embedded its billing capabilities directly within the Diamond System environment, enabling revenue processes tied to quoting, policy binding and purchases to continue without interruption. The integration links billing, digital payments and premium finance capabilities across the premium collection lifecycle.
According to the companies, the implementation preserved several operational priorities during the migration, including integrated billing within policy workflows, continuity in digital payment experiences, stable internal operations and uninterrupted service for policyholders.
VGM has used Input 1’s billing infrastructure for several years, and the migration involved coordinated work between teams from VGM, Insuresoft and Input 1 to maintain revenue operations during the platform transition.
The deployment also highlights a broader trend in insurance core system modernization, where carriers and specialty insurers increasingly seek to retain embedded financial and payment functions while replacing legacy policy administration systems. Input 1 said the project demonstrates its ability to integrate premium payment infrastructure into third-party policy administration environments while helping insurers maintain operational continuity during transformation initiatives.
