Aon has expanded its Claims Copilot platform across North America, Asia Pacific, and parts of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as the firm continues investing in AI-driven analytics and connected claims management capabilities.

The rollout follows a pilot programme launched in late 2025 and represents a broader effort by Aon to centralise claims operations and improve data visibility across its global commercial risk business.
According to the company, Claims Copilot consolidates claims management information into a unified platform used by approximately 1,800 claims professionals operating in more than 50 countries. The system combines claims data, analytics tools, and workflow capabilities to support more consistent and data-driven claims handling across regions and business lines.
Aon said the platform is designed to help clients gain greater transparency into claims activity, identify emerging trends earlier, and improve coordination between claims teams and risk advisors. The company also positioned Claims Copilot as part of a wider technology and analytics strategy that includes tools such as Aon Broker Copilot and its Risk Analyzers and Diagnostics platforms.
Joe Peiser said the expansion reflects the firm’s focus on integrating technology into client servicing and risk management operations, while Mona Barnes highlighted the role of analytics and collaboration in improving claims outcomes and client decision-making.
The company plans to continue expanding Claims Copilot into additional EMEA and Latin American markets over the coming months as it further embeds the platform within its global Commercial Risk operations.
The launch reflects a broader industry trend toward AI-enabled claims ecosystems, with brokers, insurers, and third-party administrators increasingly investing in analytics platforms that unify claims data, automate workflows, and support more predictive risk management strategies.
