The new benefit, powered by Blink Parametric’s travel disruption software, provides Trawick International customers with airport lounge access worldwide in the event of a qualifying flight delay. Insured travellers can register their flight details online at least 24 hours before departure. If a delay of more than two hours occurs, a lounge pass is automatically issued to the primary policyholder, offering a more comfortable airport experience.

Traveler Lounge Pass will be offered to eligible policyholders through select Trawick International travel insurance plans. The benefit is delivered automatically via email or text once a qualifying delay is confirmed and is valid for six months from the date of issue. No additional action is required from the customer.
