Arthur J. Gallagher has announced that its specialist underwriting subsidiary Pen Underwriting has acquired Irish-based MGA Wrightway Underwriting Limited .

Wrightway is an MGA offering car and liability coverages for the haulage and fleet sector across Ireland through its independent broker clients alongside other commercial and personal insurance products.
