New York-based insurtech startup 1Fort has raised $7.5 million in a new funding round led by Bonfire Ventures, with participation from Draper Associates, Ramp founder Karim Atiyeh, and existing backers including Village Global, Operator Partners, 8‑Bit Capital, Character VC, and Company Ventures.

The latest round brings 1Fort’s total funding to $10 million.

Founded in 2022, 1Fort offers a platform that enables agents to access a wide range of insurance products—including cyber, tech E&O, management liability, and professional liability—directly and through wholesale markets. The company is licensed in all 50 U.S. states and boasts integrations with major carriers such as Arch, The Hartford, and Markel.
