The acquisition will make Wright Flood the largest provider of flood insurance in the country. The transaction is expected to close in November 2025, subject to regulatory and customary closing conditions.
Poulton Associates, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, has been a pioneer in risk services since its founding in 1989. The company operates the well-known web platform CATcoverage.com and offers coverage through its National Catastrophe Insurance Program (NCIP) as well as other innovative insurance solutions.
