Willis has strengthened its Financial, Professional and Executive Risks (FINEX) business in the Pacific with the appointment of Eden Fletcher as Head of FINEX, Pacific, and Stephen Trickey as Head of Growth, Pacific.
The appointments form part of Willis’s strategy to deepen its specialty capabilities and accelerate growth across financial lines and executive risk solutions in the region.
Fletcher brings more than 20 years of experience in financial lines and specialty roles. He joins Willis from Aon, where he most recently served as Head of Specialty Solutions Australia. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Marsh.
Trickey will lead growth strategy across the Pacific business with a focus on FINEX, supporting further segmentation and specialty development. He joins Willis after a long career at Aon, where he most recently served as Chief Commercial Officer for Aon Australia. He previously began his career at Willis, giving him long-standing experience across both firms.
The appointments build on a series of recent hires in the Pacific FINEX team, as Willis continues to invest in cyber, financial lines and executive risk expertise to support clients facing increasingly complex regulatory, litigation and governance challenges.
Willis said the strengthened leadership structure positions its Pacific FINEX business to deliver more integrated advisory, placement and risk solutions at a time when boards and senior executives are operating in a more demanding risk environment.
The move reflects a broader trend among global brokers to expand specialty capabilities and reinforce regional leadership as demand for complex financial and executive risk solutions continues to grow.
