Westfield Health is on track to surpass £100m (approximately $125m) in annual revenue for the first time, as it launches Evolve, a fully digital platform designed to transform how intermediaries quote, sell, and manage health cash plans.

The platform replaces Westfield Health’s legacy proposition with an end-to-end digital solution, enabling intermediaries to generate personalised quotes within minutes, manage portfolios in real time, and access member utilisation data through an integrated dashboard.

Evolve brings together health cash plans and private health insurance into a single, flexible offering, allowing intermediaries to deliver both everyday healthcare support and higher-value protection through one platform.

Mark Hamson said: “Employers are under growing pressure to support workforce health with tighter budgets, but the tools available haven’t always kept pace. Evolve changes that. It gives intermediaries a smarter, faster way to quote, configure benefits, and provide insight-driven data that meets their clients’ evolving needs.

“This platform isn’t just a digital upgrade; it’s a step-change in how health cash plans and private health insurance work together to keep people healthy and businesses running. A cash plan covers the everyday essentials – the dental, optical, physio – while private health insurance steps in when someone needs a scan, a specialist, or treatment without a long wait. Evolve makes it simple to offer both, in one place, at a price point that works for businesses of all sizes.”

The platform also introduces flexible benefit configuration tailored to different workforce profiles, alongside enhanced features such as cancer risk assessment, screening, and neurodiversity support, reflecting growing demand for preventative and inclusive healthcare solutions.

Kelly McCabe said: “With cancer diagnoses continuing to rise, earlier detection isn’t just about screening, it’s about helping people understand their risk, recognise when something isn’t right, and access the right support at the right time. Through our partnership with Westfield Health, we’re bringing a more complete early detection approach to the cash plan market, combining personalised risk assessment, support to access appropriate screening, and specialist clinical guidance when results or symptoms raise concern. This helps people take the right next step quickly and confidently, improving outcomes and reducing the impact of delayed diagnosis and absence.”

In addition, Evolve provides intermediaries with portfolio-wide management information reporting, offering real-time insights into claims and usage to support more informed client recommendations and renewal discussions.

Hamson added: “Health cash plans have always played an important role in supporting everyday health. What’s changing is how they’re delivered, and how they’re understood. With Evolve, we’re helping reposition them as a core part of keeping people healthy and in work.”

The launch underscores a broader shift towards digital-first health insurance distribution, as providers look to integrate preventative care, data insights, and flexible benefits into more accessible, scalable platforms.
