Vertafore Aims to Deliver Time Savings for Insurance Professionals
Vertafore has announced the launch of Project Impact, an initiative aimed at delivering technological enhancements and workflow improvements to make the work of insurance professionals more efficient.

Vertafore is a leading provider of modern insurance technology. Over a two-year period, Project Impact aims to deliver up to two hours of time savings per day through a combination of day-to-day adjustments and major product development improvements.

A recent study found that half of the respondents feel they are not able to work as efficiently as they would like. Project Impact aims to save each account manager at independent insurance agencies up to two hours per day. Vertafore has been shadowing service staff at agencies to identify the best opportunities for improvement.

Michelle Gibson, SVP Commercial Lines Operations at Brown & Brown Insurance Services, commented: “Project Impact has delivered a partnership experience for us that is markedly different from other software providers. Some of the main improvements the project seeks to make include:

  • Simplifying and accelerating the insurance certificate issuance process.
  • Making it easier to understand data mapping into ACORD forms.
  • Managing data and adding standardized models for special lines of business.
  • Reducing the margin of error with the integration of pre-fill enhancements.
