Used by thousands of rental car operators and dealerships worldwide, TSD’s software now integrates with Canopy Connect to eliminate the guesswork often associated with verifying insurance coverage. Traditionally, rental staff have either asked renters to verbally confirm their insurance details or skipped the step altogether—an approach that carries significant risk.

With the new integration, rental agents can instantly see whether a customer’s insurance policy includes comprehensive and collision coverage or if it carries a high deductible. Having access to complete policy details at the time of rental allows companies to expedite claims and subrogation processes in the event of an incident.

Insurance verification is now live on the TSD RENTAL platform and will roll out to TSD DEALER in early July.
