Koike, who has a distinguished career at Tokio Marine spanning over 29 years, will assume the role of CEO following the company’s shareholder meeting in June, subject to customary approvals.

Koike brings a wealth of experience to the role, having held key positions in underwriting, reinsurance, and corporate planning throughout his career. He currently serves as a Managing Executive Officer in the International Business division.

The strategic move will strengthen Texan Insurance’s position in the market and allow it to better serve the growing needs of its clients in the Austin area.
