The platform enables beneficiaries to submit life insurance claims digitally, simplifying the process and improving both speed and accuracy. By streamlining claims intake and reducing manual steps, the solution is designed to accelerate processing times while offering a more seamless and accessible user experience.

Built on Swiss Re’s digital claims platform, PromiseXP, the portal delivers an end-to-end, unified approach to claims management across multiple products and markets. The solution is initially available to beneficiaries of US life insurance policies, with plans to extend its reach across PALIG’s broader international portfolio.

The launch reflects PALIG’s ongoing investment in technology and innovation, as the insurer looks to enhance service delivery and strengthen engagement with customers during critical moments.
