Sixfold Closes $15 million Series A Round
Sixfold, a generative AI insurtech for underwriters, has raised $15 million in a Series A round.

Sixfold claims to be the first generative AI solution purposely built for insurance underwriting. The company secured a seed-investment of $6.5 million last year. Sixfold works with insurers helping to train AI underwriting models based on their clients/sectors.

The Series A round was led by Salesforce Ventures, with participation from Scale Venture Partners, Bessemer Venture Partners and Crystal Venture Partners.

The company is led by Alex Schelkin, who previously co-found Unqork. Sixfold was recently named as a winner in Zurich Insurance’s “Zurich Innovation Championships.” The company is now working with their North American division to improve underwriting efficiency.
