Formerly the Chief Operating Officer (COO) overseeing Sedgwick’s operations in the UK, New Zealand, Middle East, Africa, and Asia, Gibson brings over 18 years of leadership experience in the insurance industry.
Gibson, recognised for his decades of expertise in operational claims management and colleague development, also holds a role on Sedgwick’s global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) committee.
In light of Gibson’s new role, Paul White, who previously served as Sedgwick CEO for the UK, New Zealand, Middle East, Africa, and Asia, will now continue to oversee Sedgwick’s business in the UK and other international territories as the regional CEO.
